In English this week, we looked at real pirate letters and used the iPads to research what life was like on board a pirate ship. 

Then we presented the information we found from our research. We made sure we used our voices and spoke clearly so the that the audience could hear us. We used props to bring the performance to life. We practised and tried to remember what we needed to say so that we didn't look down at their sheets. We made sure we were a good audience by listening when it wasn't our turn and staying focused.
