Week 6 - DT - Preparing Fruit Salads
We worked in groups of 3 or 4 to prepare and make delicious Caribbean fruit salads. First, we learnt how to safely use a knife to chop fruit and a peeler. We then prepared a wide range of fruit including mango, strawberries and bananas. To finish our fruit salads, we squeezed lemon and orange juice over and gave them a good mix!
