As a part of our global citizenship unit around sustainable development, year 4 had the privilege to be a part of the garden classroom project to tackle climate change. Each child had a chance to create a crown using natural materials such willow, flower and stems. We then wrote a pledge, explaining changes we are willing to make for the world we live in. Children had the opportunity to visit kings square park and take part in a workshop focussed around trees.
