Emotional Regulation​​​​​​​

In this weeks Emotional Literacy lesson we looked at different emotions. We played a game where we introduced ourselves to the different emotions called out. We noticed that not every emotion looks the same on each person. We then thought about where we feel our different emotions and what that might do to our bodies physically. This can give us an idea on how to spot the signs of our strongest emotions and help us regulate ourselves. We created a body map to show how we felt different feelings.
