The Queen took part in an interactive story telling session in the hall with the children. She then went to the new library and listened to a poem the children had been writing with Children's Laureate Josepg Coelho and a poem he had written especially for the occasion. Her Majesty then unveiled a commemorative plaque to mark the opening of the 50th Coronation Library. Afterwards she met all the children and staff in the playground and listened to the choir sing.
