Today’s Dream Catcher was Dimity Nicholls. She is the Education Director for Cubitt, an artist-led organisation based in Islington. Founded by a group of artists in 1991, it has artists studios, a gallery and Dimity’s team runs arts projects in schools and community centres.

Dimity is from a town in Devon called Bideford (the same town that Mr Quinton went to school in) then moved to North London. She loves working with people and if she did not work with artists then she world do more work with people, involving reading and books.

When Year 6 asked her what advice she would give herself at our age she advised all the children to enjoy your learning and try to build creativity into everything you do in life.

Once again we are very grateful to Dimity and all our wonderful dream catchers that come and tell us about the working world and inspire us to “Be the best we can be.”
